A COURSE FOR CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

1This is a four day, hands on, intensive workshop focused on developing key subordinate leaders within the organization. This is a unique approach in that we study the psychological makeup, emotional drives, and inner motivations which are the causes of all actions and reactions within an individual. If the CEO can understand the motivational drives of their subordinates, they are then in a position to predict behavioral patterns. This allows them to structure the relationship with the individual to ensure maximum productivity. Once leaders understand the subordinate’s motivational drives, they can maximize strengths and correct weaknesses.

What Clients are Saying

Dr. Owens,

I just want to get back to you on my father, our CEO, and my response to the four day Executive Development course we just completed.  We have put all of our managers through your Direction In Management course and our sales people through the Relationship Selling Course, so it was time the two of us attend one of your courses.  The value we received from this course on developing our top mangers is going to be of tremendous help in moving our company forward.  We need outstanding leadership in each of our properties and to have new insight in developing our managers to that level of competence is a great step in that direction.  Thanks for your efforts on our behalf and I am sure we will be taking advantage of your follow up consulting that is included in the course.

Dr. Owens,

The Executive Development Course I just completed is the best management training I have ever attended in my 35 years in sales and marketing.  Developing subordinates is a difficult process and requires tremendous insight to each individual.  This course offered a profiling system that gives insight to employee’s strengths and how to maximize use of them, and their weak areas, or as you said, undeveloped natural abilities.  I believe this information will help me build strong leadership throughout our company over the months ahead.

Sincerely,

Robert Wayne Willis
